DECRETO Nº 511 FECHA: 17.04.2024 PUBLICADO: 26.04.2024
ARTICULO 1°.- Desígnase a cargo de la GERENCIA DE OPERACIONES al Ing. William Martín Sosa DNI N° 36.092.605; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 2° del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Rango de Director Político Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 2°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN COMERCIAL a la Sra. Valeria Coduri legajo N° 2889; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 4°-1. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 3°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN COMPRAS Y SUMINISTROS a la Sra. Mariela Vicentini legajo N° 3263; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 4°.2. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 4°.- Desígnase Jefe de DIVISIÓN CONTABLE Y PRESUPUESTARIA a la Sra. Mariela Marchán Legajo N° 15003; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 4°.3. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Rango de División - Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 5°.- Desígnase Jefe del ÁREA CONTADURIA a la Sra. María Belén Speroni Legajo N° 6565; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 4°.4. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 6°.- Desígnase Jefe del ÁREA PRESUPUESTO al Sr. Fernando Perero Legajo N° 3502; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 4°-5. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 7°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN TESORERIA al Sr. Javier Dalzotto Legajo N° 8009; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 4°.6. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Rango de División - Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 8°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN CATASTRO al Abg. Adolfo Gómez legajo N° 15002; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 4°.7 del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 9°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN INFORMÁTICA al Sr. Enrique Fabián Scarinci legajo N° 3095; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 4°-8. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 10°.- Designase Jefe del ÁREA FINANCIAMIENTO EXTERNO a la Lic. Norma Mabel Barrios legajo N° 2738; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 4°-9. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 11°.- Designase a cargo de la DIRECCIÓN TÉCNICA al Ing. Joaquín Jesús Gobetto DNI N° 32.795.214; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 5° del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Rango de Director Político Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 12°.- Designase Jefe del ÁREA DEPÓSITO al Sr. José Saldivia legajo N° 2897; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-1. del Decreto N° 506/2024 Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 13°.- Designase Jefe del AREA ATENCIÓN AL USUARIO al Sr. Mohr Jose Eduardo legajo N° 6583 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-2. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 14°.- Desígnase Jefe del DEPARTAMENTO INSTALACIONES Y OBRAS al MMO. Juan Manuel Yoya legajo N° 5510; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-3. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 15°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN INSTALACIONES EXTERNAS al Sr. Fabián Andrés Suárez legajo N° 2536; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-4. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 16°.- Designase COORDINADOR GENERAL DE CUADRIlLAS DE AGUA al Sr. García Eduardo Rafael legajo N° 2041 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-5. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Rango División - Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 17°.- Designase Jefe del Área CUADRILLA DE AGUA - A al Sr. Echeveste Juan Domingo legajo N° 2038 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-6. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 18°.- Designase Jefe del Área CUADRILLA DE AGUA - B al Sr. Garcia Leonardo Ráfael DNI 39.035.202 legajo N° 6005 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 6°-6. del Decreto N° 506/2024 Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 19°.- Designase Jefe del Área CUADRILLA DE AGUA -C al Sr. Schiro Mario Alfredo legajo N° 2034 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-6. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 20°.- Designase Jefe del Área CUADRILLA DE AGUA - D al Sr. Villalba Alejandro Ricardo legajo N° 2901 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-6. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 21°.- Desígnase COORDINADOR GENERAL DE CUADRILLAS DE CLOACAS al Sr. Cabrera Rubén Darío legajo N° 2610 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°.7. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Rango División - Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 22°.- Desígnase Jefe del Área CUADRILLA DE CLOACAS - A al Sr. Garate Roberto Aníbal legajo N° 6526 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-8. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 23°.- Desígnase Jefe del Área CUADRILLA DE CLOACAS - B al Sr. José Ricardo Silvestre legajo N° 3264 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°.8 del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 24°.- Designase Jefe del Área CUADRILLA DE CLOACAS - C al Sr. Maidana Pedro Daniel Legajo N° 2035 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-8. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 25°.- Designase Jefe del Área CUADRILLA DE CLOACAS - D al Sr. Yoni Marcelo Fabián Legajo N° 2506 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 6°-8. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 26°.- Designase Jefe de ÁREA CUADRILLAS DE AGUA Y CLOACA FINES DE SEMANA al Sr. Acosta Orlando. Legajo N° 6544 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°- 9. del Decreto W 506/2024 Tendrá Rango de Jefe de Área Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 27°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN INSTALACIONES INTERNAS al MMO. Diego Maidana Legajo N° 2459; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 6°-10. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 28°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN ESTUDIOS Y PROYECTOS al MMO. Alcides Gregorio Fernández Legajo N° 2493; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 6°-11. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 29°.- Designase Jefe del DEPARTAMENTO DE FISCALIZACIÓN Y RELEVAMIENTO a la MMO. Leon Ayelen Andrea Legajo N° 9380; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 6°-12. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 30°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISION INFRAESTRUCTURA Y FISCALIZACION al Sr. Bone Godoy Edgardo Legajo N° 6529; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 6°-13. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 31°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN RELEVAMIENTO al Sr. Darío López Legajo N° 5511; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 6°-14. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3;
ARTICULO 32°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN GENERAL MEDIDORES al Sr. Miguel Ángel Morales Legajo N° 1756; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 6°-15. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 33°.- Designase Jefe del AREA DUADRILLA DE MEDIDORES al Sr. Fernández Carlos Alcides Legajo N° 2495 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 6°-16. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 34°.- Designase DIRECTOR DE PRODUCCIÓN al Ing. Ricardo Javier Rosales Legajo N° 2113; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 7° del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 35°.- Designase Jefe del DEPARTAMENTO INSTALACIONES ELECTROMECÁNICAS al Sr. José Luis Ragone Legajo N° 2060; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 8°-1. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 36°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN ELECTRICIDAD al Tec. Juan Medina Legajo N° 6587; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 8°-2. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 37°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN MECÁNICA al Sr. Armando Gustavo Maidana Legajo N° 5215; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 8°-3. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 38°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN GUARDIAS ROTATIVAS a la Sra. María Del Carmen, Bortagaray Legajo N° 2900; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 8°-4. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 39°.- Desígnase Jefe del Área CONDUCTOR DE GUARDIA ROTATIVA-A al Sr. NEIFFER NESTOR ADAM Legajo N° 1762 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 8°-5. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 40°.- Desígnase Jefe del Área CONDUCTOR DE GUARDIA ROTATIVA-B al Sr. LEYES ANIBAL R Legajo N° 6554 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 8°-5. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 41°.- Desígnase Jefe del Área CONDUCTOR DE GUARDIA ROTATIVA-C al Sr; ALBORNOZ DIEGO Legajo N° 1762 para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 8°-5. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 42°.- Desígnase Jefe de DIVISIÓN ESTACIÓN DE BOMBEO CLOACALES y BIODIGESTORES al Sr. Dante Cantone Legajo N° 6566; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 8°-7. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 43°.- Desígnase Jefe de DEPARTAMENTO POTABILIZACIÓN y LABORATORIO a la Tec. María Verónica Fernández Legajo N° 6546; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 8°-8. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 44°.- Desígnase Jefe de DIVISION LABORATORIO a la Tec. PEREZ GUSTAVO Legajo N° 6580; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 8°-9. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 45°.- Designase a cargo de la DIRECCIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA al Sr. Axel Eduardo Acevedo DNI N° 39.028.825; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 9° del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Rango de Director Político Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 46°.- Desiganase Jefe del DEPARTAMENTO ASESORIA LEGAL al Abg. Kleiman Saul Rolando DNI N° 17.309.533; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 10°-1 del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 47°.- Designase Jefe del DEPARTAMENTO RECURSOS HUMANOS a la Sra. Mariela López Legajo N° 2911; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 10°-2 del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Rango Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 48°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISION HIGIENE y SEGURIDAD al Lic. Rivarola Martin Emanuel Legajo N° 6552; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 10°-3. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 49°.- Designase Jefe del ÁREA MAESTRANZA al Sr. Juan Mendoza Legajo N° 2188; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 10°-5. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 50°.- Designase Jefe de DIVISIÓN DE DESPACHO ADMINISTRATIVO a la Sra. Yolanda Sanabria Legajo N° 6564; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 10°-6 del Decreto N° 506/2024 Tendrá Rango de Jefe de División Nivel 1.
ARTICULO 51°.- Designase Jefe del ÁREA ARCHIVO a la Sra. Carolina Cabrera Legajo N° 6534; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 10°-7. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 52°.- Designase Jefe del ÁREA MANTENIMIENTO Y CONTROL VEHICULAR al Sr. Marcelo Vázquez Legajo N° 6536; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Articulo 10°-8. del Decreto N° 506/2024. Tendrá Nivel 2.
ARTICULO 53°.- Designase Jefe del ÁREA MESA DE ENTRADAS al Sra. Claudia Carina Souchetti legajo N° 2909; para el cumplimiento y funciones establecidas en el Artículo 10°-9. del Decreto N° 506/2024 . Tendrá Nivel 3.
ARTICULO 54°.- Gírese copia a la Dirección de Recursos Humanos de EDOS y a la Dirección de Liquidaciones de Haberes a sus efectos.
ARTICULO 55°.- El presente Decreto tendrá efecto retroactivo a la fecha 01 de Abril del. 2024.
ARTICULO 56°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y oportunamente archívese.
