Participatory meeting to highlight the flavors, products, and traditions of our province. The session is coordinated by the consulting firm Metro Cuadrado, specialized in territorial planning and tourism, together with the Government of Entre Ríos and the CFI. We will work collaboratively on the representative products and dishes of each region, and we will discuss the challenges and opportunities to strengthen gastronomy as a driver of productive, tourist, and cultural development.

Aimed at producers, chefs, tourism service providers, institutions, and anyone who wishes to contribute their perspective.
