Metered Parking
The Concordia Metered Parking System (“Estacionamiento Concordia”) took effect under Ordinance No. 38,776/25, Regulatory Decree 120/2026.
Zones, Hours and Sales Points
The Municipality of Concordia makes available the information map of the Metered Parking System, where the authorized zones, the effective hours, and the points of sale can be seen.

How does it work?
Discover the available alternatives to activate Metered Parking, load credit, and make payments from the application or at points of sale.
How is it activated?
You can do it in two ways, according to your preference.
Method 1 – Point-based Parking
- Park your vehicle.
- Go to an authorized point of sale.
- Request "Point-based Parking".
- Indicate your license plate, phone number, email, and the duration of stay in 30-minute blocks.
Method 2 – Through your Smartphone
- Download the application on your cell phone.
- Register as a user by completing the registration form.
- Once registered, you can load credit in the following ways:
- Through the Macro Clic service.
- Transfer with ARCA VEP (72-hour delay).
- Request a credit load at an authorized point of sale.
- Once the transaction is completed, you will see the loaded amount credited to your account balance.
- Select the license plate of the vehicle you want to park.
- Select the zone where you are going to park.
- Tap the "Start Parking" button.
To end parking
- Find the parking session you want to end.
- Tap the corresponding "Finish" button.
- Confirm the end of the parking session.
Voluntary payment of traffic fines
The voluntary payment of traffic fines can be made within 72 hours following the day the non-payment was recorded. It can be paid at an authorized point of sale, at the municipal cashier, or using the available balance from the app.
Payment at a point of sale
- Go to an authorized point of sale.
- Provide the reference number or license plate to the merchant.
Payment at the municipal cashier
- With the citation ticket, go to any municipal cashier.
- Present the ticket to the cashier.
Payment via the app
- Log in to the app with your user account.
- Select the "Fines" option in the navigation bar.
- Select the fine that still has voluntary payment available.
- Tap the button to make the voluntary payment with your available credit.
- Confirm the voluntary payment.

Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of terms
The use of the application Estacionamiento Concordia (hereinafter, the Application) implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any of them, they must refrain from using the Application.
2. Purpose
The purpose of the Application is to allow users to manage metered parking within the zones authorized by the Municipality of Concordia, including loading credit through various payment methods, activating, checking, and ending parking sessions, as well as accessing relevant service information.
3. Users
All persons over 16 years of age who have a compatible device and accept these Terms and Conditions may use the Application. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
4. Registration and account
To access certain features, the user may be required to register by providing personal information. The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials and will be responsible for all operations performed from their account.
5. Service operation

Metered parking is governed by current municipal ordinances.

Activating parking through the Application does not exempt the user from complying with traffic regulations.

The user is responsible for starting and ending parking correctly.

The Municipality is not responsible for sanctions derived from the incorrect use of the Application.
6. Rates and payments
Metered parking rates will be those established by current municipal regulations. The Application may report updated values, without this implying an obligation for individual notification in the event of rate changes.
7. System availability
The Municipality of Concordia will endeavor to maintain service availability, although it does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary suspensions may occur due to maintenance tasks, updates, or external technical causes.
8. Liability
The Municipality of Concordia will not be responsible for:

Technical failures of the user's device.

Interruptions in internet or mobile phone service.

Damages derived from the misuse of the Application.
9. Misuse
It is prohibited to:

Use the Application for illicit or fraudulent purposes.

Manipulate or attempt to breach security systems.

Provide false information or information of third parties without authorization.
The Municipality may suspend or cancel the user's access in the event of a breach of these terms.
10. Personal data protection
Personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and applicable regulations. The information will be used exclusively for the management of the metered parking service.
11. Intellectual property
The Application, its design, code, logos, and content are the property of the Municipality of Concordia or have the corresponding licenses. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
12. Modifications
The Municipality of Concordia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will come into effect from their publication in the Application or on the official website.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any controversy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Concordia, Province of Entre Ríos.
