SEEN:
That the "Road Safety Talk Cycle" is an awareness and training event, which will take place on November 6, 2024, at the Concordia Convention Center; and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That it is organized by the non-profit Civil Association Nuevo Compromiso Generacional, in collaboration with the "Grupo Sancor Seguros. The event will include workshops aimed at secondary school students and the general public, with the objective of raising awareness and promoting road safety in order to reduce accident rates in our community;
That the event will take place on November 6, 2024, at the Concordia Convention Center, with free admission, allowing access to the entire community;
That the initiative includes workshops aimed at secondary school students and the general public, as well as training in CPR techniques, contributing to the comprehensive training of the participants;
That Dr. Horacio Botta Bernaus is a prominent professional in the field of traffic law and road safety, with an extensive track record in research and education in this area;
That the Civil Association Nuevo Compromiso Generacional promotes awareness regarding road safety as an effective means to reduce accident rates in our city.-
 
Therefore:

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
RESOLUTION
 
ARTICLE 1.- Declare of Municipal and Educational Interest the “Road Safety Talk Cycle” which will take place on November 6, 2024, at the Concordia Convention Center.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Deliver copies of this resolution to the “non-profit Civil Association Nuevo Compromiso Generacional”.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, register, and archive.-

SEEN:
The request for a declaration of Municipal Interest for the "Health Promotion and Prevention Day" within the framework of the Territorial Educational Practices (PET) III of the Faculty of Life and Health Sciences (FCVyS) of the Autonomous University of Entre Ríos (UADER), to be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, at the "Carretera la Cruz" Cultural Multipurpose Hall from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That this activity, organized by the Nursing Degree program of the aforementioned Faculty, is carried out as the conclusion of the Territorial Educational Practices (PET) III Moment 2024 and aims to strengthen access to health information and preventive care in the community, especially in the La Carretera La Cruz neighborhood;
That the day will feature information stands, vital sign checks, recreational activities for children, as well as the presentation of local artists and folk groups;
That the collaboration of neighborhood organizations and the participation of institutions such as the FHAyCS and the Secretariat of Health is added, which enriches the day and strengthens community commitment to health matters;
That these activities foster well-being and community participation in health promotion and prevention activities.-

That his conduct “prima facie” could be included and/or fall under the provisions of Article 16, subsections a) and d) and Article 31, subsection a) of the Classification Ordinance No. 11.275/49, and its amendments. He is summoned to, within the peremptory period of five days, establish a legal address within the radius of the city of Concordia, and proceed to inform the Human Resources Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia; under penalty of having it established at the Municipality of Concordia.
