The Directorate of Citizen Participation of the Municipality of Concordia invites residents to participate in the informative talk about the Participatory Budget, which will be held next Monday, May 26th at 10:00 a.m., in the Labor Training Room of the Civic Center of Concordia (Mitre and Pellegrini).
The activity aims to bring this democratic tool closer to the community, allowing citizens to be protagonists in decision-making regarding works and projects for their neighborhoods. The meeting will provide information on the program's operation, deadlines for submitting proposals, and voting stages.
Capacity is limited, so those interested are encouraged to register in advance. Registration is done in person, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on the second floor of the Civic Center.
The Director of Citizen Participation, José Vedoya, highlighted that “the Participatory Budget is a real opportunity for every resident to get involved and decide how to invest part of the municipal budget. It is a tool for dialogue, inclusion, and collective transformation.”
The municipality invites the entire community to join this initiative, understanding that citizen participation is fundamental to building a fairer, more democratic, and closer city.
