"We had a high demand due to a lack of water in several households" in the 6 de Febrero neighborhood, says the Comptroller of the Decentralized Sanitary Works Entity, Juan José Grigolato. Therefore, EDOS arranged a special operation, "with all the logistics, technicians, and our best workers to resolve the problem." When such issues arise, the agency carries out a special operation to provide a comprehensive solution to the problem.
"The water issue is one of the main problems in the city, and from the first day of his administration, the Mayor Cresto made many decisions to provide definitive solutions. That is why he instructed us to work in this way, addressing the problem at its root, to provide definitive solutions," stated Grigolato. Thus, "we worked intensely in the area and reached the conclusion that we had to uncover all the pipes for several blocks, and repair all the existing sluice valves in the area," summarizes Grigolato. The task took several days, and "after this was executed, water and pressure returned to the households of 6 de Febrero."
"We have been complaining for many years. They never gave us a solution. This time they listened to us and solved the problem. They worked very well and now we do have water," commented Bárbara, a resident of the neighborhood, agreeing with the expressions of her own neighbors, who had similar words. "My congratulations and gratitude to the people from Sanitary Works," said Celia Mary Perez, another resident. "They told us they are going to provide a definitive solution to the water problem in the neighborhood and they worked very well," she commented, highlighting that the EDOS directors themselves were present in the neighborhood during the work carried out. "We were able to talk to them, they listened to the residents," she valued and emphasized again, "my congratulations to all those people who work under the hot sun to give us the solution, simply thank you."
