The “Thus was born Concordia” proposal seeks to bring students closer to the history and roots of our city through an educational, participatory, and fun experience.
The Municipality of Concordia, through the Undersecretariat of Education and Culture, continues to promote proposals that aim to bring educational and cultural content to the city's institutions. In this context, throughout the month of October, the Mobile Library will visit different schools in Concordia to present “Thus was born Concordia”, a puppet show specially designed for 3rd-grade primary school students.
The initiative proposes transforming the Mobile Library into a stage space where, through puppets, storytelling, and interaction with the children, the history of the founding of Concordia can be addressed in an entertaining way.
From the Undersecretariat of Education and Culture, they pointed out that this proposal seeks to generate a different approach to our history, offering students the possibility of knowing their roots and understanding the events that are part of our city's identity.
“Thus was born Concordia” combines education, culture, and imagination so that learning about our history is also a significant and accessible experience for children. The proposal joins the various actions carried out by the Mobile Library, promoting access to reading, culture, and knowledge in the different educational spaces of Concordia.
Schools interested in participating may book their turn to receive the proposal during the month of October by calling 345 412 8396.
In this way, the Municipality of Concordia, through the Undersecretariat of Education and Culture, continues to generate spaces so that the history of our city reaches classrooms in a different way, awakening curiosity and strengthening the sense of belonging from the early stages of education.
