Within the framework of the health policies implemented by the administration of Mayor Enrique Cresto, the Health Secretariat carried out a training session for Nursing and Administrative staff of Primary Care at the Municipal Hall. The purpose of this was to update current information and renew tools to enhance one of the most important public services.
In this regard, the Secretary of Health, Mauro García, stated that “our commitment to excellence in the provision of health services and the safety of our patients is paramount. In this sense, it is essential that all team members are aware of the latest advances, protocols, and best practices. In this way, we reinforce the actions of all area personnel and will continue working for the benefit of all citizens”.
The Director of Primary Care, Ana Paula Vila, stated that “it is fundamental to train this area jointly since we are all responsible for good care or good quality of care for our patients, for our population. So, in this case, nurses and administrative staff participated, but we also invited part of the health team to talk particularly about the COVID schemes that are permanently being modified and updated, and the issue of records”.
“The Municipality of Concordia is in charge of 19 health centers and these are self-sustaining, which is why it is so important that administrative staff, nurses, and medical professionals complete the records as appropriate and make the programs work”. At the same time, she added that “we continue to advance to improve, understanding that the more the health team is trained, the stronger our public health becomes”.
