The Municipality of Concordia, through the Undersecretariat of Education and Culture, will hold the concert “Sonidos que Nos Unen” this Friday, November 21, an activity organized in conjunction with the 6th Tank Cavalry Regiment “Blandengues” Music Band, within the framework of the celebrations for Music Day and National Sovereignty Day.
The event will take place at 8:30 PM at the Portal of the “San Antonio de Padua de la Concordia” Cathedral, located at 638 Urquiza St., and is designed as a cultural proposal for the whole family, which is added to the agenda of activities for this long weekend in the city.
“Sonidos que Nos Unen” invites you to share an artistic encounter that highlights the identity, history, and traditions that are part of our community. The participation of the 6th Tank Cavalry Regiment “Blandengues” Band gives the concert a solemn and deeply significant framework, both for its repertoire and for the institutional presence of the military corps.
In this sense, the Undersecretary of Education and Culture, Prof. Carlos Gatto, highlighted the importance of the event and noted: “This concert is a gesture of unity and reaffirmation of our identity. Music has the capacity to bring us together, move us, and remind us who we are as a community. We thank the Regiment for joining this proposal that strengthens the cultural life of Concordia and celebrates values that represent us as a people, such as music and sovereignty”.
Gatto also stressed that the day “adds to the work we have been carrying out from the municipal administration to expand the cultural offer and bring quality proposals to all residents in public spaces that are accessible and significant for the city”.
The invitation is open to the entire community and participation is free.
