About "Amoras"

The music we make appeared while traveling different paths, spaces, and shared experiences. It arrives in the search for songs that manage to be a vehicle for the expression of women, their loves, pains, thoughts, and feelings. Latin American music, as a crossroads of various cultures—those brought by colonization and the silenced ones, such as African and those of our native peoples—all flow into instruments, sonorities, rhythmic complexities, in the ritual, and in the functionality of music. We find there many possibilities to say what we feel. We find in collective singing an interesting and necessary instrument, which allows voices to lean on, support, and accompany each other; where they can become one in their differences, maintaining heterogeneity and, at the same time, having the strength to form a voice made of other voices: those that are here and those that are not.

About "Luna en el Tacuaral"

The reeds sound when they meet, when the wind brings them together. They are rooted and feed from the deepest part of the mother, of the earth. They dance with the moon because they celebrate being together. Their voices reach far because they are united; that is why they are stronger and, when they sing, they speak of love, of the struggle, of injustices, and of celebrating life.
