THE FACULTY FAIR

"With the objective of bringing artisanal food to the Concordia community and, furthermore, offering a commercialization alternative to local producers, we are organizing this initiative for the third consecutive year through the Social Economy Area of the Secretariat of Extension, Culture and Professional Training of the Faculty of Food Sciences (UNER), in conjunction with the Secretariat of Extension of the Faculty of Administration Sciences.

Entrepreneurs who offer a diversity of food participate in each session, such as agroecological vegetables, jams and liqueurs, conventional and whole-grain baked goods, preserves, eggs and cheese, among others. Artisans who make decorative objects, bazaar items and jewelry with different materials are also present.

In addition to the commercialization proposal, we invite the entire community to participate in different training and exchange workshops related to food and healthy living, as well as to enjoy the different artistic proposals in the fields of music, dance and photography. 

This month the proposals will be:

4:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Workshop: ""The garden to come"". Planning and sowing for spring-summer. Led by Eva Cajigas, agroecologist, landscaper and phytotherapist.

5:30 PM - Talk - Workshop: ""Your kitchen also produces"". Sprouts, germinated foods, kefir and seed spreads - Reasons to incorporate living foods into our daily lives. Led by Gastón Gallinger, Technician in Gastronomic Management and Pedro Quiroga, promoter of conscious eating and regenerative practices."
