After completing the first training module, Concordia.Negocios continues with its proposal aimed at strengthening the management and professionalization of businesses and SMEs in the city.
Following the two meetings on “Does your business solve a real problem? Diagnosis + Validation”, where participants advanced in tools to analyze and validate their proposals, a new module will be held this week, titled “Finance for your business”, which will take place on September 17 and 24 at the UTN headquarters, led by Mariela Braun, Public Accountant and specialist in Costs and Business Management, professor at the UNER Faculty of Administration Sciences.
The training will aim to “Understand how much you need to sell to live off the business” and will address fixed and variable costs, the entrepreneur's salary, break-even point, and the determination of prices and sales quantities.
As a practical result, participants will develop a cost spreadsheet, including their own salary, and will determine the real break-even point of their ventures.
The Secretary of Productive Development, Sebastián Arístide, highlighted the continuity of the program and the joint work with the institutions: “Concordia.Negocios seeks to provide concrete tools so that entrepreneurs and SMEs can improve the management of their businesses and make decisions with better information”.
In this way, the Municipality continues to promote training and practical education spaces, in coordination with different institutions, to strengthen local productive development.
