This Wednesday morning, in the La Bianca neighborhood, a new operation of the Mobile Civil Registry began in Concordia. This is an activity organized by the Office of Social Services and Subsidies, belonging to the Undersecretariat of Social Development of the Municipality of Concordia.
Until Friday, March 21, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the facilities of the La Bianca Social and Sports Club, citizens will be able to carry out the following procedures:
Request for a new copy due to theft or loss, adults: present DNI or police report of loss.
Request for a new copy of DNI for minors and updates for 8 and 14-year-olds: DNI or police report of loss; legalized birth certificate; minors under 14 must be accompanied by a father, mother, or legal representative (with documentation proving such status).
Those citizens who have turned 18 and have not completed the 14-year update must also present the DNI of one of their parents.
Newborn DNI already registered: the original birth certificate (with blue seal) must be presented. Minors must be accompanied by a father, mother, or legal representative (with documentation proving such status).
Change of address.
OUTREACH
The approach is framed within the “Relevar” Project, carried out by the Municipality of Concordia through the Secretariat of Human Development. This is the third time that the Civil Registry has reached the city's neighborhoods.
Roberto Niez, Undersecretary of Human Development, highlighted that this is an action framed within public policies that are worked on in the territory, “bringing solutions to the residents thanks to joint work with the Provincial Government. With this, we manage to reach many residents so they can carry out the procedure,” helping to relieve the pressure on the local Civil Registry offices as well as preventing residents who are in remote areas from having to travel.
For her part, the head of the Rapid Documentation Center of the Civil Registry of Entre Ríos, Roxana Binaghi, explained that the action is included in the “The Registry near you” program, which is precisely intended to assist and bring the possibility of carrying out procedures to the general population.
Finally, Grisel Tessani, coordinator of the Office of Social Services and Subsidies, dependent on the Undersecretariat of Social Development, recalled that the two previous approaches were carried out in the La Viña and Víctor Oppel neighborhoods, anticipating that more similar actions are being planned for other neighborhoods in the city. “In each of the experiences, the number of procedures exceeded 250,” she highlighted.
