Mayor Francisco Azcué led a working session with his government team to advance the professionalization of municipal management through the implementation of a results-oriented planning methodology.
The initiative is part of the technical cooperation agreement signed between the Municipality, the Social Observatory, and the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF).
The meeting aimed to deepen results-based planning, with a direct impact on the formulation of the institutional budget.
In this process, the Social Observatory provides the methodological framework that will allow for the strengthening of management through measurement and evaluation tools. This will facilitate the analysis of the real impact of public policies, improve strategic decision-making, and consolidate accountability mechanisms toward the citizenry.
The ongoing work also aims to meet the quality standards required by the international organization to access external financing, within the framework of the Revitalization Plan for the Northwest Zone of Concordia.
