WHEREAS, the transfer requested by the Contracted Agent with Contributions Raúl Darío NOGUERA, D.N.I. No. 30,482,871, File No. 9839, in internal administrative case file No. 5 "N"/2024, and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That the Contracted Agent with Contributions Raúl Darío NOGUERA, D.N.I. No. 30,482,871, File No. 9839, reporting to the Directorate of Parks and Promenades, requests his transfer to the Directorate of Waste Collection, both reporting to the Secretariat of Urban Development.
That the Directorate of Parks and Promenades and the Directorate of Waste Collection have stated that there are no objections to the transfer of the interested party.   
That on pages 4 and 8, the Director of Waste Collection reports that Agent Raúl Darío NOGUERA, File No. 9839, must be included in the scope of the sector's current agreement to perform the tasks of Waste Collection Worker.
That on page 7, the Directorate of Human Resources reports that Agent Noguera Raúl Darío, File No. 9839, has been providing services in this Municipality since October 1, 2,023. He is registered as Contracted personnel with Contributions. He reports to the Secretariat of Urban Development.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107 of Law No. 10,027/11 and its amendment Law No. 10,082 - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos. According to the consolidated text of Decree No. 4706/12 of the Provincial Executive Branch.
 
Therefore,
 
THE MUNICIPAL PRESIDENT
DECREES:
 
ARTICLE 1.- Remove from the Directorate of Parks and Promenades and assign to the Directorate of Waste Collection, both reporting to the Undersecretariat of Environment -  Secretariat of Urban Development, the Contracted Agent with Contributions Raúl Darío NOGUERA, D.N.I. No. 30,482,871, File No. 9839, for the reasons invoked in the recitals of this document.
 
ARTICLE 2.- It is ordered that, as of the effective date of this Decree, the Contracted Agent with Contributions Raúl Darío NOGUERA, D.N.I. No. 30,482,871, File No. 9839, be included in the Agreement of the Directorate of Waste Collection, ratified by Decree No. 1,101/2022 dated 09/13/2022, to perform tasks of Waste Collection Worker.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Charge what is approved in Articles 1 and 2 to the budget item:
0.2.30.01.01.01/UNDERSECRETARIAT OF ENVIRONMENT- (26).
 
ARTICLE 4.- Communicate, publish, register, and duly archive.

That the 129th Rural Exhibition of Livestock, Industry and Commerce will be held on September 27, 28 and 29 of the current year; and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That the traditional event demonstrated in its 129th Edition is a showcase of the production, industry and commerce of Concordia and the region;
That with great effort, an attempt is made to bring together the best livestock farms and exponents of the mentioned sectors, both from the city and its surroundings;
That not only for the rural worker, but also for the inhabitants of the city;
 
Therefore:

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
RESOLUTION
 
ARTICLE 1°.- DECLARE of Municipal Interest the "129th Rural Exhibition of Livestock, Industry and Commerce", to be held on September 27, 28 and 29  at the Camba Paso Fairgrounds, by virtue of the preceding recitals.-
 
ARTICLE 2°.- Send a copy to the interested parties.-
 
ARTICLE 3°.- Communicate, publish, register, archive.-

EDICT
The Municipality of Concordia notifies Mrs. Julia Evangelina Márquez, D.N.I. No. 25.288.478, File No. 2962, that it has been decided to initiate an Administrative Summary against her, through Decree No. 218/ 2.024, dated February 14, 2.024, which in its pertinent part states: “…the conduct of the Agent Márquez, Julia Evangelina, D.N.I. 25.288.476, File No. 2962, would constitute prima facie, alleged abandonment of her workplace, materialized in the time elapsed between the cessation of salary payments and the present, without the agent having made any claim and likewise the alleged non-appearance of the aforementioned Agent before the Human Resources Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia, to regularize her secondment situation…her conduct being prima facie incurred in the breach of Article 16, subsection a) of Ordinance No. 11.275/49 and within the scope of articles 31, subsection a), c) and h);.- Article 16 states: It is the obligation of the Municipal Administration personnel in any of the categories: a) The adequate and effective personal provision of the service subject to current regulations…b)…c)…d): Observe good conduct. Article 31) of Ordinance No. 11.275/49 states verbatim “…Causes for separation from employment are: a) Unjustified absence exceeding fifteen working days in the year. b)…c)- Lack of dignity in public or private life, rectitude and competence in the performance of duties.- d). Failure to comply with orders given by the superior in accordance with the Constitution, Laws, Ordinances or Regulations…e)…f)-…g)… h)- Other serious faults that by their nature are considered sufficient by the Executive Department and the Disciplinary Tribunal”. Article 39 of Ordinance No. 11.275/49 cites “…Without prejudice to the responsibility emerging from common laws, the violation of their duties will make the agent liable to disciplinary sanctions:…f)- Dismissal.- g) Exoneration”. She is summoned to, within the peremptory period of five days,  establish a domicile within the radius of the city of Concordia, and proceed to inform the Human Resources Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia; under penalty of having it established at the Municipality of Concordia. Resolution No. 307/23 which orders the publication of this document, in its pertinent part, provides: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE AUTONOMOUS MUNICIPAL INSTITUTE OF HOUSING AND LAND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVES:
ARTICLE 1.- ORDER the citation by edicts for three days in a local newspaper, in the municipal bulletin and in the official gazette of all those who consider themselves entitled to the property subject to regularization so that they appear in court within the period of 60 consecutive days- ARTICLE 2 ...
