WHEREAS the Note from the Advisory Council for Heritage Protection of Concordia and Minutes No. 01/2024 regarding the constitution of the authorities and the Spreadsheet with the members of the different working commissions for the current year, and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That in Administrative Case File No. 2897 "D" 2024, the need arises to appoint the representatives of the Advisory Council for Heritage Protection, through the List of Participants, a copy of the Minutes of Election of Coordinators, and the Minutes of Election of Coordinators by Commissions, with the following authorities being appointed:
Coordinator: Museologist Cármen Cristina HUMERE.
Minutes Secretary: Professor Patricia JALUF.
Press and Dissemination Secretary: Mr. Claudio VERÓN.
That the current Advisory Council for Heritage Protection of the City of Concordia, through Minutes No. 01/2024, held in the city of Concordia, on the 11th day of the month of March of the year 2024, the same council meets, with the presence of the Coordinator, Mr. Claudio Verón, Museologist Carmen Cristina Humere, Mr. Fabricio Gallardo, Architect Estela Martín, Tourism Guide Marilyn Gómez and Ms. Mónica Mainez. Furthermore, through Minutes No. 01/2024, it is agreed to request that the Municipality of Concordia issue the corresponding invitations for the public call for new members for the 2024 period.
That this Executive Department deems it appropriate to appoint the representatives of the Advisory Council for Heritage Protection of the City of Concordia, in accordance with the provisions of the List of Participants, Minutes of Election of Coordinators, and the Minutes of Election of Coordinators by Commissions, with the following authorities being appointed:  
Coordinator: Museologist Carmen Cristina HUMERE.
Minutes Secretary: Professor Patricia JALUF.
Press and Dissemination Secretary: Mr. Claudio VERÓN.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive by Article 107, Subsection u), of Law 10027 - and its Amendment - Regime of the Municipalities of Entre Ríos.

ARTICLE 1.- Appoint the representatives who will make up the Advisory Council for Heritage Protection, through the List of Participants, Minutes of Election of Coordinators, and the Minutes of Election of Coordinators by Commissions, which will be composed as follows: .
Coordinator: Museologist Carmen Cristina HUMERE.
Minutes Secretary: Professor Patricia JALUF.
Press and Dissemination Secretary: Mr. Claudio VERÓN.
 
ARTICLE 2.- Forward to the knowledge of the Directorate of Urban and Territorial Planning of the Secretariat of Urban Development, and to the Advisory Council for Heritage Protection.
 
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, register, give to the Government Secretariat and, in due course, archive.

WHEREAS the agent Marcela A. Laurel, File No. 1943, Director of the Directorate of Payroll Liquidation, has requested leave starting November 4, 2024, and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That for the purposes of better organization of said department, it is necessary to appoint a person in charge for the duration of the incumbent's absence.
That the permanent staff agent Lorena Isabel Persincula, File No. 3209, Head of the Administrative Department, meets the necessary conditions to be placed in charge on a temporary basis in this Directorate.
That the issuance of this measure is carried out in the exercise of the powers conferred upon the Municipal Executive Department by Article 107, subsections q) and u) of Law No. 10.027/11 and amending Law No. 10.082/11 01 - Municipalities Regime of Entre Ríos.

That  their conduct “prima facie” could be included and/or incurred within what is regulated in Article 16, subsections a) and d) and Article 31, subsection a) of the Staff Ordinance No. 11,275/49, and its amendments. You are summoned to, within the peremptory period of five days, establish a domicile within the radius of the city of Concordia, and proceed to inform the Directorate of Human Resources of the Municipality of Concordia; under penalty of having it established at the Municipality of Concordia.
