SEEN:
The importance of promoting culture, education, and tourism in the city of Concordia and the holding of the Binational Boga Kayak Fishing Circle, which will take place on November 2, 2024, in Salto, Oriental Republic of Uruguay, and on Saturday, March 2, 2025, in Concordia, Argentina, and;
 
CONSIDERING:
That the city of Concordia possesses a rich historical, natural, and cultural heritage that can be leveraged to attract tourism and generate social and educational awareness regarding the importance of preserving and promoting our resources;
That the holding of events and activities in educational, tourist, and social spheres contributes to strengthening community ties and fostering a sense of belonging among citizens;
That this binational event will have its 2nd date on Saturday, March 2, 2025, within the framework of the 32nd NATIONAL BOGA FISHING FESTIVAL in our city, organized by the Civil Association Peña "La Tortuga" on March 1, 2, 3, and 4;
That education and tourism constitute fundamental pillars for the development of a society that is informed and committed to the collective well-being;
That the proposed activity seeks not only to attract visitors but also to integrate citizens into initiatives that promote local identity, learning, and social inclusion;
 
Therefore:
 
THE DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL OF Concordia
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
RESOLUTION
 
ARTICLE 1°.- Declare the "Binational Boga Kayak Fishing Circle" to be of Municipal, Educational, Tourist, and Social Interest, to be held on November 2, 2024, in Salto, Oriental Republic of Uruguay, and on Saturday, March 2, 2025, in Concordia, Argentina.-
 
ARTICLE 2.- Send a copy of this declaration to the organization Civil Association Peña “La Tortuga”.-
 
ARTICLE 3.- Communicate, publish, register, and archive.-

SEEN:
That it is necessary to declare the 4th Pride March of the City of Concordia, which will take place on November 17, starting from Plaza 25 de Mayo to the Costanera Amphitheater, as well as the activities scheduled for the week of November 10 to 17, 2024, called "Pride Week of the City of Concordia," to be of Cultural Interest; and,
 
CONSIDERING:
That the Organizing Committee of the Concordia Pride March (C.O.M.O.C.) is the entity in charge of coordinating the activities within the framework of this celebration. Said committee is made up of various organizations, groups, and individuals who work voluntarily to promote and protect the expression of sexual and gender diversity;
That the Pride March is an event that transcends simple celebration; it is a fundamental cultural manifestation that promotes diversity, inclusion, and respect for all sexual identities and orientations. This event not only vindicates the rights of the LGBTQNB+ community but also fosters a social dialogue about equality and acceptance;
That this year it has been decided to expand the schedule of activities from Sunday, November 10, to Sunday, November 17, 2024. During this week, various cultural, sports, and training activities will be carried out with the aim of increasing the impact of the march on society.
This event is known as the “Pride Week of the City of Concordia,”
That in the use of the powers granted by Law N° 10.027, amended by Law N° 10.082, and Ordinance N° 35.649;
 
Therefore,

That his conduct “prima facie” could be included and/or incurred within the provisions of Article 16, subsections a) and d), and Article 31, subsection a) of the Classification Ordinance N° 11.275/49, and its amendments. He is summoned to establish a domicile within the radius of the city of Concordia within a peremptory period of five days, and to proceed to inform the Human Resources Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia; under penalty of having it established at the Municipality of Concordia.
