SEEN:
The event to be held on October 11 of the current year at Bodegas Robinson, in which it is requested to be exempted from the payment of the Municipal tax on Shows, and;
CONSIDERING:
That for the first time, the celebrations of the class of 2000 will be carried out, in commemoration of the 25 years since graduation of all institutions in Concordia, with the celebrations being held jointly.
That said event is organized on a non-profit basis and managed entirely by graduates of the aforementioned class.
That recently, through Resolution No. 38,612, this event was declared of Municipal Interest.
Therefore:
THE DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL OF Concordia
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING
RESOLUTION
ARTICLE 1°.- Grant, extraordinarily for a single time, a 50% reduction of the tax on the Right to tickets, for the event organized by the Class of 2000, to be held at Bodegas Robinson on October 11 of the current year.
ARTICLE 2°.- The exemption granted in the preceding article does not include the percentage that corresponds to the Fund for Assistance to the Disabled.
ARTICLE 3.- Notify the Inspection Directorate of the Government Secretariat of the Municipality of Concordia of this for the pertinent purposes.
ARTICLE 4°.- Send a copy of this to the applicants, for their notification and other effects.
ARTICLE 5°.- Communicate, publish, register and archive.

SEEN:
The commemoration of the 55th Anniversary of the “El Principito - Saint Exupéry” Educational Complex, in the city of Concordia, province of Entre Ríos, and;
CONSIDERING:
That the aforementioned educational establishment has developed, over more than five decades, a sustained trajectory in the comprehensive training of generations, based on the values of respect, solidarity, effort, and commitment to the community;
That the “El Principito – Saint Exupéry” Educational Complex has managed to consolidate itself as a reference institution in the city, contributing significantly to the educational, cultural, and social development of Concordia, through innovative pedagogical proposals and a teaching staff committed to educational excellence;
That to commemorate this significant anniversary, two institutional events have been organized that reflect the identity and spirit of the school:
- A Commemorative Parade, which will take place on Monday, October 13, traveling along Bolivia Street starting at 10:00 a.m.
- A Central Anniversary Ceremony, to be held on Friday, October 17 at 8:00 p.m. at the establishment's facilities, with the exclusive participation of the educational community. In said ceremony, homage will be paid to the history of the school;

RESOLUTION
ARTICLE 1°.- Declare the 55th Anniversary of the “El Principito - Saint Exupéry” Educational Complex of the city of Concordia, and the commemorative events organized, of Municipal, Educational, and Cultural Interest.
ARTICLE 2°.- Deliver a copy of this Resolution to the Director of the “El Principito – Saint Exupéry” Educational Complex.

The holding of the Great Show Parade on October 22 at 8:00 p.m. at the Concordia Convention Center, organized by LALCEC Concordia, and;
CONSIDERING:
That in our city, Lalcec Concordia (Luarcec) is an institution that since 1972 has worked with the passion and desire to help others, and that this was the engine that mobilized the first group of people with an enthusiastic and altruistic spirit who constituted it, which remains alive and latent to this day;
That today this prestigious entity, represented by a board of directors full of drive and selfless love, chaired by Mrs. Margarita Damino, presents this event every year as the main one, among so many activities that are carried out daily throughout the month with the aim of communicating and raising awareness in the population about the importance of prevention, early detection, and proper treatment of this pathology;
That this Show Parade has the sponsorship of local businesses and aims to raise funds that are destined to cover the cost of the services offered by the organizations specialized in the area.
Therefore:

ARTICLE 1°.- Declare the “Great Show Parade” to be held on October 22, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. at the Concordia Convention Center, organized by LALCEC Concordia, within the framework of “Breast Cancer Awareness Month,” of Municipal Interest in the scope of the City of Concordia.
