The second night of parades of the biggest summer festival has passed, with a Corsódromo filled with spectators. The Governor of Entre Ríos, Gustavo Bordet, together with the Mayor Alfredo Francolini, attended the show, and along with National Senator Edgardo Kueider and the President of the Provincial Chamber of Deputies, Ángel Giano, highlighted the artistic quality and the growth that the festival has experienced, positioning it among the best carnivals in the country.
"It is a joy to be able to share this Carnival with all the people of Concordia, which is so characteristic, which is unique for its qualities in the province of Entre Ríos," the provincial leader valued. "It has been growing steadily, and today it has a beautiful turnout of the public. It is something that we were just commenting on with Alfredo Francolini. This makes it positioned today as one of the best carnivals in the country," he did not hesitate to point out.
"I wish for the Carnival to continue on this path because it is a great popular festival for all residents, but also a great attraction for tourism," added Bordet. "In these times that present themselves as difficult, with many adversities, the coordination between the Municipality, the Province, and the Nation is important to strengthen the tourism and economic development that allows for improving the quality of life of the residents. This same coordination was seen this Friday when we toured different works together with the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nation, Santiago Cafiero, the administrator of ENOHSA, Enrique Cresto, and the mayor Alfredo Francolini, and it is the way of working that characterizes us," he maintained.
"We have a night filled with the public, just like the first one," commented Mayor Alfredo Francolini for his part. "We are very grateful to be able to count on the accompaniment of the provincial governor on this night," he added. The Mayor also highlighted "the great show provided by the comparsas, which with much effort and dedication present a unique show," he emphasized.
"February has begun and we are working hard to support tourism; next weekend, in addition to the third night of the Carnival, the National Boga Fishing Festival will be held in Concordia, which is another important event that brings together families and tourism. And we are working for the long carnival holiday weekend at the end of February," indicated the municipal leader.
This Saturday, February 1st, the first comparsa to step onto the Corsódromo track was Emperatriz, the 2019 edition champion. Then Imperio, Ráfaga, and Bella Samba paraded, closing a night in which the weather was pleasant. On this second night, the presence of "Bendita TV" panelist Alejandra Maglietti was also featured, who paraded as a guest in the tricolor of La Bianca.
Next weekend the parade schedule for the third night, Saturday, February 8th, will be Bella Samba, Emperatriz, Imperio, Ráfaga. Tickets and seating for the different sectors can be purchased online atwww.concordiacarnaval.com.ar
