By provision of the National Administration of Drugs, Foods and Medical Technology (A.N.M.A.T).
The Undersecretariat of Health of the Municipality of Concordia, through the Directorate of Bromatology, in its role of preserving the health of the population, informs the general public and merchants in particular, that due to Provision 894/2.024 of the National Administration of Drugs, Foods and Medical Technology (A.N.M.A.T), it was determined:
Article 1: The production, packaging, and commercialization throughout the national territory, and on online sales platforms, of the product: “Common sugar type “A” brand Deliciosa, RNE: 2337560 - RNPA: 23059131, Origin: Ingenios Tucumanos, province of Tucumán, Packager Juan Jorge Julian S.H.”, in any presentation, lot, and expiration date, is prohibited for lacking sanitary registration of the establishment and product and for being falsely labeled by displaying non-existent registration numbers on the label, consequently resulting in an illegal product.
Article 2: The commercialization throughout the national territory of all those products that display on their labels the sanitary registrations RNE No. 2337560 and RNPA No. 23059131 is prohibited, for being falsely labeled products that use non-existent RNE and RNPA numbers, consequently resulting in them being illegal.
