In the framework of promoting inclusion and accessibility in the commercial sector, next Thursday, March 13, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, a Sign Language Training for Entrepreneurs will be held at the Labor Training Room of the Civic Center of Concordia (Mitre and Pellegrini, 1st floor).
The course aims to provide basic communication tools in Argentine Sign Language (LSA), allowing entrepreneurs and merchants to improve customer service, build customer loyalty, and consolidate their image as inclusive and accessible businesses.
The training will be led by Silvina Helber, LSA interpreter, and Ayelén Salvador, representative of the deaf community, who will address fundamental aspects such as grammar and basic vocabulary, strategies to overcome communication barriers, and practice in commercial contexts.
