The free job training programs promoted by the Municipality of Concordia in conjunction with the General Council of Education have begun. Furthermore, their implementation was formalized through the signing of an agreement between the Municipality of Concordia and the Departmental Directorate of Schools.
The event was attended by the Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello; the Head of the Employment Department, Claudia Cevey; Candelaria Cracco, Coordinator of Youth and Adult Education of the Departmental Directorate of Schools; and Mariana Ordoño, Coordinator of Community Center Number 6 “Nuestra Señora de Fátima”.
These training programs aim to strengthen the employability of the residents of Concordia, providing them with concrete tools in strategic areas of the current labor market.
WORKSHOP OFFERINGS
Computer Operator
Days: Monday and Wednesday.
Hours: 15:00 to 16:15 / 16:15 to 17:30 / 17:30 to 18:45.
Location: Computer Lab – Civic Center of Concordia.
Social Media Management
Day: Tuesday.
Hours: 14:00 to 17:00.
Location: Computer Lab – Civic Center of Concordia.
PC Repair and Maintenance
Days: Tuesday and Thursday.
Hours: 17:00 to 19:00 / 19:00 to 21:00.
Location: Job Training Room – Civic Center of Concordia.
The training programs have official certification from the General Council of Education (CGE) and seek to enhance the job opportunities of the participants.
The Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello, highlighted: “The start of these training programs represents a concrete opportunity for more residents to access quality training and improve their employment possibilities. The signing of the agreement reaffirms our commitment to education and productive development.”
For her part, Candelaria Cracco emphasized: “From the Departmental Directorate of Schools, we appreciate the joint work with the Directorate of Employment, which allows us to carry out these job training programs. Our goal is to generate accessible learning spaces and provide practical tools that facilitate the labor insertion of the participants.”
