The city will participate in the 30th edition of the International Tourism Fair with a proposal that combines promotion, gastronomy, culture, and professional meetings.
Concordia will be part of FIT 2026, which will take place from September 26 to 29 at La Rural in Buenos Aires, where it will present its tourism proposal at stand 1340 of the Province of Entre Ríos. During the days open to the public, the space will feature tastings of regional products, brochures, and promotional material from Concordia and the destinations that are part of the Salto Grande region corridor.
THE CONCORDIA CARNIVAL ARRIVES AT FIT
The agenda of activities will feature the city's cultural identity as the protagonist. On Saturday the 26th, at 3:30 PM, the Comparsa Emperatriz, the latest champion of the Concordia Carnival, will perform in the outdoor area of the fair. At 6:00 PM, the proposal will continue inside the venue.
FLAVORS OF THE REGION, PROTAGONISTS
On Sunday the 27th, at 4:00 PM, it will be the turn of gastronomy. Chef Evelyn Rein will present a proposal inspired by the flavors and products of the region, with “The river and the land,” a boga roll stuffed with confit leek and regional cheese, accompanied by creamy rice with orange, blueberries, and raspberry and pitaya sauce; and “The sunset of Concordia,” a dessert of mandarin cream, blueberry coulis, pecan nut, honey, and citrus perfume.
A PROFESSIONAL AGENDA TO GENERATE NEW LINKS
On Monday the 28th and Tuesday the 29th, with the fair exclusively for industry professionals, the city will develop an agenda of meetings and work sessions with leaders and institutions linked to tourism, aimed at strengthening ties and generating new opportunities for promotion and commercialization.
