The Carnival Board reported that, on the initiative of Mayor Enrique Cresto, free medical check-ups have been arranged for all participants of the Concordia Carnival troupes, with the aim of preserving the health of the artists and acting preventively. In coordination with the Municipality's Secretariat of Human Development and Health, medical check-ups and examinations will be carried out starting this Friday for all those who parade in the carnival.
The procedure for the studies will be: anthropometric evaluation, nursing assessment, electrocardiogram, and medical/clinical certification. It will be held at the Convention Center (former North Station) and it is recommended to attend in comfortable sportswear.
The office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., on the following days: Friday the 5th, Saturday the 6th, Thursday the 11th, Friday the 12th, Saturday the 13th, Thursday the 18th, and Friday the 19th of January.
