The Secretariat of Health and Sports of the Municipality of Concordia reminds beneficiaries of the Food Program who receive the Nutritional Risk Card, through the SIDECREER System, that they must perform the corresponding Nutritional Checks at the Primary Health Care Centers they usually attend or those nearby.
It is mandatory to carry out said check-ups, which can be performed from today, Monday, January 4th, until Friday, February 26th, 2021. This applies to minor beneficiaries from 0 to 14 years of age, who must attend accompanied by a responsible adult in charge.
