The Directorate of Cooperativism and Associativism of the Municipality of Concordia, in conjunction with the Directorate of Natural Resources and Oversight of the Province of Entre Ríos (Concordia delegation), informs that the call for artisanal fishermen for the renewal or processing of the Artisanal Fisherman Card is now open, a mandatory document to carry out this activity in authorized areas.
Service is provided from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 at the offices of the Directorate of Natural Resources, located on the 2nd floor of the Civic Center of Concordia (Mitre and Pellegrini).
Requirements for the procedure (new cards and renewals):
Photocopy of DNI (both sides)
Certificate of residence
Negative certification of employment in a dependent relationship (ANSES)
The card is validated by the signature of the General Director of Oversight of the Secretariat of Agriculture and Livestock of the Province of Entre Ríos, and is the only enabling document when required by control authorities.
In this context, Ariel Gorostegui, director of Cooperativism and Associativism of the municipality, highlighted that “artisanal fishermen play a fundamental role in the popular economy of the region. Their work not only supports many families, but also strengthens the cultural identity and the local productive chain. It is key that they regularize their situation to access more opportunities and institutional support.”
The call is part of the public policies aimed at formalizing and accompanying the sectors of the social economy, recognizing the importance of their work for the sustainable and equitable development of Concordia.
For more information, interested parties can approach the Civic Center from Monday to Friday or contact the organizing areas.
