This Tuesday morning, the Decentralized Sanitary Works Entity (EDOS) detected a failure in the propulsion system of the Water Treatment Plant, which is why it launched an operation to solve the problem and avoid major inconveniences. Due to the work carried out, the normal supply of the service was affected for a few hours, with a decrease in pressure in the water network.
EDOS personnel quickly worked on the repair of the pump that injects 800,000 liters/hour of water into the network, concluding the work around 4:30 p.m., the time from which the service gradually returned to normal throughout the city. EDOS appreciates the population's understanding regarding this situation.
