After the first opening night, this Saturday, February 2nd, the passion of the Concordia Carnival filled the "Atanasio Bonfiglio" Corsódromo, with thousands of residents of Concordia and tourists from different locations providing an excellent setting for Imperio, Bella Samba, Ráfaga, and Emperatriz to shine on the Avenue.
The four competing carnival troupes provided another night of pure passion, joy, and color. With various improvements, the Corsódromo continued to look embellished. The rains of the previous days, and even the drop in temperature (which forced people to take out their jackets), did not dampen the passion of the carnival family of Concordia, and the track experienced all the warmth of the greatest popular festival of the Concordia summer.
On the first night there were around 9,000 people, and on this second carnival moon, the number of attendees continued to rise, confirming a 2019 edition that promises to be successful. The troupes surprised with complete costumes and floats, with drum section shows that left everyone amazed, and a spectacle that began promptly at 10:30 PM as scheduled and extended until minutes before 4 AM.
This coming Saturday, February 9th, the parade order will be Emperatriz, Imperio, Bella Samba, and Ráfaga. Advance tickets at a price of $200 can be purchased online at www.concordiacarnaval.com.ar Or in person starting Wednesday at Caja Mixta (Quintana 68), where tickets purchased online can also be exchanged. At the Corsódromo box offices on Saturday, tickets will cost $250.
