Every Saturday, thousands of people enjoy the parade of the comparsas through the live broadcasts of the festival. During the first three carnival nights, interactions and comments were recorded from spectators who experienced the Concordia Carnival from different parts of the world.
With a wide national and international reach through social media and mass media, the live broadcasts and special coverage have become one of the most important complements to the city's main festival.
During the first three carnival nights, comments and greetings were received from spectators from Italy, Spain, France, Paraguay, Uruguay, Germany, Colombia, the United States, and Brazil, a benchmark country in the carnival world, among others, who watched the parades live.
On the official social media of the Municipality, Tourism, and the Carnival alone, through Facebook and Youtube, each parade was watched by more than 6,000 people simultaneously. In addition, the parade is broadcast live by different television channels in the city and the region, along with the special broadcasts and coverage carried out by local media. In total, more than 25,000 people enjoy the fun, glitter, and magic of Emperatriz, Bella Samba, Imperio, and Ráfaga each night.
Within the framework of the joint work that mayor Alfredo Francolini strategically promoted together with the Municipality's Secretariat of Tourism, the private sector through Emcontur, and the Carnival Entity to strengthen the promotion of the festival, more and more media outlets from all over the country are interested in covering the Carnival.
So far in the 2022 edition, the festival has been broadcast by Canal 11 of Paraná, Canal 9 of Paraná, T5 of Corrientes, Crónica Tv, and América TV. There were media outlets from Córdoba, Rosario, Buenos Aires, and also instagramers who generated material for social media at a national level. In addition, TV Pública carried out special coverage showing the behind-the-scenes and preparation of the comparsas for each parade and promoting all the city's tourist attractions.
Clarín, Diario Perfil, La Voz de Córdoba, El Mirador de Santa Fe, Diario Ámbito, and Uno Santa Fe are some of the print media that are echoing the most passionate carnival.
Social media, live broadcasts of the festival, and interactions from users in the 2.0 world have transferred all the fun, color, joy, and passion of the Concordia Carnival to the digital universe, showing the minute-by-minute of the Carnival, reaching beyond the public that attends each weekend and beyond the city's own borders.
