In this Thursday's session, the Deliberative Council approved a bill presented by the Executive Branch, which established the repeal of the Ordinance of the Public Radio Administration Commission of Concordia (CARP).
The decision is made within the framework of the state reform and public spending reduction process being carried out by the administration led by Mayor Francisco Azcué in all departments belonging to the central administration as well as in municipal decentralized entities.
Thus, the transfer of all assets belonging to the dissolved CARP to the Municipality of Concordia is ordered, with the Executive Department being authorized to dispose of them through the mechanisms or procedures it deems necessary.
Regarding personnel, it is established that they will be relocated, reassigned, or dismissed according to the existing needs in the different municipal areas.
