The objective is to focus on and deepen the various joint actions between the two sectors. “Our administration is open and we are always willing to engage in dialogue with all the city's institutions,” stated Mayor Azcué.
The Municipality of Concordia and the Center for Commerce, Industry and Services of our city held a working meeting in order to establish a common agenda containing issues that are paramount for both sectors.
The meeting was attended by Mayor Francisco Azcué, the Cabinet Coordination Secretary Pablo Ferreyra, the Government Secretary Luciano Dell´Olio, along with the Director of Revenue Fernando Marsicano. Representing the Center for Commerce, Industry and Services was its president, Adrián Lampazzi, along with other members of the Board of Directors.
“As an administration, we are in constant dialogue with the institutions and sectors of the city because we want them to be part of our government. Our premise is to generate and deepen various public policies that favor the development of Concordia,” noted Azcué.
In that sense, he maintained that “we are aware that some issues take time, but our decision is clear: to support the private sector to create conditions for investment. Therefore, we will continue on the same path with measures such as those applied last year for the benefit of the commercial sector, such as the cap on the Lighting municipal tax, the debureaucratization of procedures when requesting authorization for new businesses, or the elimination of more than 300 municipal taxes.”
“The commitment we have as an administration is to continue working along those same lines, which is why we agreed to form an agenda of topics to be developed in future meetings,” concluded Azcué.
