The Air Commercial Development Entity of the Concordia Airport (E.D.A.A.C.), through the Municipality of Concordia, carried out a personnel selection process to fill the position of Maintenance Chief and Maintenance Assistants. This procedure was developed under transparency standards, guaranteeing the suitability of the selected applicants.
In response to the needs raised by the EDAAC, the Employment Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia managed the call for applications through local digital media, the municipality's official social networks, and the Concordia Airport networks. A total of 608 applications were received; those that did not meet the requirements were discarded, although their data remained in the database for future opportunities.
The selection process consisted of several stages with the aim of guaranteeing the suitability of the candidates. The call and receipt of applications were carried out through the Employment Directorate's email. A pre-selection of CVs was conducted, considering vocational suitability, professional competence, and aptitude. Initial interviews were held, and the professional background and motivations of the applicants were evaluated.
