The Mixed Administration Entity of the Industrial Park of Concordia (EMAPI) has been executing a works plan over these two years of administration, which allows for the enhancement of its conditions for local and regional productive development.
The objective is to create the conditions that allow for the establishment of new companies and the consequent generation of employment. To this end, a new Industrial Park regulation and the Industrial Promotion Ordinance were implemented, consolidating an updated, transparent, and competitive regulatory framework.
The area available for sale was expanded, incorporating new lots, reaching 14 hectares. In parallel, more than 40 infrastructure works were executed, the most notable being the reactivation of the Effluent Treatment Plant with an investment exceeding 52 million pesos.
In addition, the 500,000-liter water supply storage tank was put into working condition. The paving, profiling, and graveling of streets, curbs, and gutters were completed, and missing perimeter fencing was replaced.
Sewer connections were also made and the truck scale was calibrated; the entrance portal was renovated and new signage for established companies was installed, among other actions.
WITH THE ARGENTINE ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS
The promotion of the industrial space is not limited only to the local or regional private sector. Work is being done on actions that allow the Park to be projected to other parts of the country. That is why, days ago, the head of EMAPI, Luis Kolarik, held a working meeting with the president of the Argentine Association of Industrial Parks (APIA), Rodolfo Games.
There, current opportunities for attracting investment, industrial reactivation, and the strengthening of the local productive fabric were analyzed, highlighting the recovery process that the park has undergone in recent years, based on improvements in infrastructure, administrative organization, and modernization of services, which today allow for more competitive conditions for new industrial establishments.
During the meeting, a shared vision was established with the premise of consolidating the Industrial Park as a modern, orderly, and attractive space for investment, capable of generating employment and boosting the regional economy.
These actions are framed within the public policies carried out by the administration in support of the private sector, creating the tax and administrative conditions that favor, in this case, industrial development in Concordia.
