“Comenzando por Casa” is an initiative promoted by the Undersecretariat of Environment of the Municipality of Concordia and aims to carry out various activities in the city's neighborhoods, focusing on sustainability, with a comprehensive approach to the integrated management of urban solid waste.
The approach is scheduled for this Tuesday, May 13, starting at 8:00 a.m. in the Gruta de Lourdes neighborhood.
The activities include cleaning, collection of bulky waste, and weeding; in addition, members of the Undersecretariat of Environment of the Municipality of Concordia will conduct door-to-door visits to residents and local institutions to discuss the topic.
The meeting point will be at the intersection of Falucho and Alvear streets. Residents and those interested in participating are requested to bring gloves and safe footwear.
