With the participation of more than 40 agents from the Traffic and Transport and General Inspection Directorates, the first cohort of the Training Program for Municipal Agents concluded: “Innovation in municipal management: communication, self-awareness, and conflict resolution.” The closing took place at the La Estación Coworking space, where the last of the four meetings of the training path was held.
The proposal seeks to strengthen the soft skills of municipal personnel through empathetic communication tools, negotiation techniques, and conflict resolution, with the aim of improving labor relations and citizen service. “It was a very enriching experience, where the participants were very collaborative and open to listening,” highlighted Lic. Florencia Kaplan, speaker of the last meeting and part of the team of the Directorate of Innovation and Knowledge Economy.
The program is promoted by the Directorate of Innovation, under the Special Unit for Strategic Projects, together with the Municipal Coordination of Public Administration (CMAP). “At the request of Mayor Francisco Azcué, we seek to transfer the training we offer to the community, also to within the municipality,” pointed out the Undersecretary of the UEPE, Mg. Leandro Garbarino.
The cycle will continue throughout the year and it is expected that all municipal areas will participate before the end of 2025.
