The Municipality of Concordia and the Decentralized Entity of Sanitary Works (EDOS) inform that the scheduled works for this Saturday have been completed and the Water Treatment Plant has been put into operation.
The supply of drinking water will begin to normalize progressively as the network filling is completed, so residents are requested to make responsible use of the service until it is fully restored.
The works, framed within the paving projects being executed through the Infrastructure and Development Plan towards the Bicentennial, included the renovation and adaptation of the drinking water network, pipe replacement, and installation of new sluice valves in different sectors of Belgrano street, between San Lorenzo boulevard and Salto Uruguayo avenue.
These interventions will allow in the future, and in case it is necessary, to sectorize cuts, reducing the impact on the distribution system.
