The Decentralized Sanitary Works Entity (EDOS) reported that a theft of electrical wiring was recorded in the vicinity of España and Diamante streets, a network that powers the drinking water pump for the San Pantaleón neighborhood. Due to this reason, the normal supply is restricted, affecting the quadrant comprised by De los Viñedos, España, Diamante, and Federación streets.
The Sanitary Works agency filed the corresponding police report so that the incident may be investigated, while initiating the procedures with the Cooperativa Eléctrica de Concordia to restore the wiring in the area and thus be able to put the pump back into operation.
Residents of that sector are advised to take the corresponding precautions while work is being done to restore the service to normal.
