On April 30, 2016, the Secretariat of Human Development, Health and Environment released the report on the status of diseases in epidemiological weeks 1 (1/03 to 1/09) to 17 (4/24 to 4/30).
Dengue
The following were recorded:
- 23 confirmed and/or probable autochthonous cases.
- 5 imported cases who contracted the disease outside the locality and reside in Concordia.
- 7 imported cases in transit who were treated but do not reside in Concordia.
Chikungunya fever
One case was recorded in week 11.
