The Concordia Health Secretariat will participate in an important Primary Health Care conference to be held on October 20 and 21 in the northern area of the city, specifically at the corner of Paula Albarracín de Sarmiento and Bradanini Héctor (near Av. Gato).
The event, organized by the Adventist Church of Concordia, will be completely free and will offer multiple medical services for the community. The initiative will feature a group of professionals from the Sanatorio Adventista del Plata and doctors from the United States, who will provide general and specialized medical care on-site.
During the two days, residents will be able to access free medical consultations, ultrasound and cardiology studies, and a community pharmacy, where medications will be provided at no cost according to the medical indications received.
For its part, the Concordia Health Secretariat will actively participate with its various teams, including the Immunization, Nursing, STI, Extramural, and medical professional areas, who will perform:
Blood pressure, weight, height, and blood glucose monitoring.
Rapid HIV and syphilis tests.
Completing national vaccination schedule schemes.
The care will be provided only by prior appointment, which can be requested through the following WhatsApp numbers:
343-5-063-781
343-5-269-717
The Health Secretariat invites the entire community to join this opportunity for free access to health, especially thanking the Adventist Church of Concordia for organizing and inviting us to participate in this valuable solidarity initiative.
