The Directorate of Citizen Participation of the Municipality of Concordia invites residents to join open meetings in different neighborhoods to debate and define projects that will be financed through the Participatory Budget.
On this occasion, the meetings will be held in the following neighborhoods:
Monseñor Rösch Neighborhood: Friday, March 21 at 6:00 PM, at the Community Hall on Concejal Veiga Street 1976.
21 de Septiembre Neighborhood: Friday, March 28 at 10:00 AM, at the intersection of Diamante and Gatto streets.
During the meetings, residents will be able to express their needs and concerns, as well as learn about the voting and execution mechanism of the Participatory Budget, a key tool to strengthen citizen participation in decision-making regarding the allocation of public resources.
José Vedoya, Director of Citizen Participation, highlighted the importance of these calls: “We want every resident to be a protagonist of the changes in their neighborhood. Active participation is fundamental for projects to truly reflect the needs of the community. We invite everyone to come and be part of this democratic process.”
These actions are part of the work of the Undersecretariat of Development and Entrepreneurship, which promotes the inclusion of citizens in municipal management, ensuring greater transparency and effectiveness in the execution of resources.
