With the objective of strengthening the local labor market and facilitating the hiring of talent, the Employment Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia offers a Free Job Search Management Service, aimed at local companies and employers who require assistance in personnel selection.
This program allows companies to access a pre-selection of candidates according to their needs, optimizing time and resources in hiring processes. Furthermore, it promotes labor insertion and talent development in the city.
The Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello, highlighted the importance of this tool: “It is a concrete policy to strengthen employability in Concordia. Through this service, we seek for companies to be able to find the workers they need in an agile manner, while applicants access more job opportunities with professional support.”
Interested companies can go to the Employment Directorate, located on the first floor of the Civic Center of Concordia, at Mitre and Pellegrini, from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 13:00.
