The continuous training instance seeks to provide agents with new intervention tools, optimize the performance of their duties, and guarantee increasingly efficient responses for the entire community.
With the objective of continuing to strengthen public policies for prevention and care, the Undersecretariat of Citizen Security of the Municipality of Concordia developed its mandatory annual training. This technical and operational training instance was aimed at all personnel in the area.
This year's training program focused on updating theoretical knowledge, perfecting practical skills, and incorporating modern intervention tools in matters such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use of fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures, current regulations, crisis management, action protocols, and preservation of the crime scene.
Likewise, work was done on the recognition of the main tourist sites of Concordia and on tools to guide and assist those who visit the city.
“Permanent training is an essential tool to strengthen prevention, unify action criteria, and improve response capacity to different situations,” stated the Undersecretary of Citizen Security Claudio Purgart, who also highlighted the commitment and willingness “of each member who, day by day, assumes with responsibility and vocation of service the task of training, perfecting themselves, and being prepared to respond to the needs of the community.”
Through these training modules, the aim is to enhance the performance of the agents' daily functions on public roads and in control and monitoring tasks.
