The Decentralized Sanitary Works Entity (EDOS) informs that as a result of the different interruptions in the electricity supply that occurred this Wednesday, the San Carlos Water Treatment Plant, the Roca Aqueduct Complex, and several wells in different neighborhoods of the city went out of service on different occasions.
The electrical problem affected the water supply to the network and caused the service to be impaired in different sectors of the city. EDOS technical personnel are on permanent standby, working on the rapid restoration of the plant and the wells as the electrical service is restored, with the goal of returning the service to normal.
For this reason, the public is asked for their understanding regarding the problems that may arise, and the request for solidarity and rational use of water is reiterated to reduce the inconveniences that are occurring due to the extreme heat wave affecting the entire region.
