A crowd experienced this Sunday the first of the two special nights with which the Pequeños Duendes Carnival will bid farewell to its 2019 edition.
More than 5 thousand people enjoyed the children's carnival troupes and danced and cheered for the little ones of our carnival, who after touring different neighborhoods of the city arrived at the main stage, confirming that they are not the future but the present of a cultural and popular festival that identifies us.
"There are 18 troupes participating in this edition and we still have two more dates left, Friday in Villa Adela and next Sunday again at the Corsódromo to say goodbye to an edition that has been magnificent", said Sonia Albornos, general coordinator of Pequeños Duendes.
"The mayor Enrique Cresto defined that the Pequeños Duendes Carnival be a State policy, because it is an artistic and cultural expression, and is linked to many educational, sports and health programs, for the benefit of all the children", affirmed Albornos. "With those axes we work with the Secretary of Sports Marcelo Cresto, in a festival that is inclusive and that fills all of us from Concordia with pride", she concluded.
