The Employment Directorate of the Municipality of Concordia reports new job placements through the Work Training modality, a tool aimed at strengthening practical training and fostering the labor insertion of city residents through concrete experiences in real work environments.
On this occasion, placements were finalized in various local establishments, reaching three people who will begin their training at Hotel Federico I, three others at Burbujas, two at Heladería YO, and one person at Los Griego. These placements are the result of joint work between the public and private sectors, promoting labor training instances that allow for the acquisition of experience and the development of specific skills to improve employability conditions.
The Director of Employment, Juan Manuel Scarzello, highlighted that “we continue to strengthen the bond with the private sector to generate more opportunities for labor insertion. This type of program provides concrete experience to those who participate and, at the same time, allows companies to support training processes in accordance with their needs.”
Likewise, he remarked that “each placement represents a real opportunity for personal and professional growth, and from the Employment Directorate, we will continue to promote active policies that encourage access to work and training.”
From the area, they pointed out that they will continue to advance in new negotiations with companies and institutions in the city to expand the reach of these programs and continue generating job opportunities for more residents of Concordia.
