The Decentralized Sanitary Works Entity (EDOS) informs the community that this Saturday a malfunction was recorded in a power conductor of the water intake tower supply system at the San Carlos plant.
For this reason, the drinking water production process is operating at 90% capacity. Consequently, difficulties in the water supply may be recorded in some sectors of the city.
EDOS workers are working at the plant to rectify this problem; meanwhile, the population is requested to avoid wasting water to prevent difficulties in the supply network.
Once the work is completed and the corresponding tests are carried out, the media and residents will be informed through this same channel.
