The Municipality of Concordia, through the Secretariat of Health, carried out renovation work on the facilities of the San Miguel Health Center, which provides an important service to residents of the San Miguel II, Las Colinas, and 17 de Octubre neighborhoods, among others.
The intervention included the repair and painting of the CAPS facade, as well as the sidewalks and railings on the exterior, while a general refurbishment was carried out in the interior, including improvements to the restrooms.
“We carried out these works with the objective of improving the quality of care for our residents who attend the Health Centers, who are many, but also so that the staff can work in proper conditions. We know the importance that these spaces fulfill in the neighborhoods, which is why we are improving and renovating each one of them,” stated the Secretary of Health, Dr. Diego Sauré.
Furthermore, Sauré affirmed that each intervention “is executed with the Municipality's own funds; that is the destination given to the income coming from our residents who responsibly fulfill their contributions.”
