The Municipality of Concordia, through the Employment Directorate of the Secretariat of Productive Development, concluded a new edition of the Customer Service and Service Quality Course, a free proposal aimed at providing tools to strengthen the labor competencies of residents and improve their opportunities for insertion into the labor market.
During the sessions, participants worked on fundamental aspects for performance in businesses, companies, and service organizations, addressing content related to customer service, effective communication, emotional management, the difference between attending and serving, and best practices for providing a quality experience. The training was led by Guillermina Latrilla and Daiana Mattiassi.
In this regard, Latrilla highlighted that "the objective was to provide concrete tools that residents can apply both in their job search and in their workplaces, understanding that good service builds trust and adds value to any service".
Meanwhile, Mattiassi pointed out that "the participation and commitment of the attendees reflect the community's interest in continuing to train. Incorporating these skills not only improves work performance but also strengthens the bond with those who use a service or make a purchase".
From the Employment Directorate, they remarked that these proposals are part of the actions promoted by the Municipality of Concordia, within the framework of the Infrastructure and Development Plan towards the Bicentennial, to promote the permanent training of residents, providing tools that favor personal growth, professional development, and greater employability.
Likewise, they announced that new open and free training sessions will continue to be developed throughout the year, inviting the community to stay informed through the Municipality's official channels to learn about upcoming calls.
