Within the framework of actions to strengthen the tourism offer and quality of Concordia, the training developed by the Hotel Termal H2O was carried out, the first and only kosher thermal hotel in Latin America that has religious supervision and is open to the general public. The session highlighted the importance of diversifying services and expanding gastronomic and hospitality proposals. In this way, Concordia positions itself as a destination that offers authentic and enriching experiences.
The activity, led by Mr. Leopoldo Wildau, owner of the first and only kosher thermal hotel in Latin America, was organized in conjunction with the Undersecretariat of Tourism and the Mixed Entity of Tourism of Concordia (EMCONTUR). During the session, the history and particularities of kosher tourism and cuisine were explored, as well as their impact on the local offer and the opportunities they represent for the development of the destination.
This proposal highlights the importance of continuing to consolidate Concordia as an integral destination, promoting circuits that reflect its identity and cultural diversity. In this sense, it is worth mentioning the "Bridges of Faith" pedestrian circuit, an initiative that since 2024 invites visitors to tour the spaces, buildings, and religious traditions that are part of the local heritage. Likewise, the city's participation in the second stage of the "Corners with History: Jewish Colonies of Entre Ríos" Plan, developed by the Secretariat of Tourism of Entre Ríos, complements this vision by integrating the legacy of the Jewish community into existing circuits.
At the meeting were the Undersecretary of Tourism, Laureano Schvartzman, and the Director of Strategic Planning and Marketing, Camila Astorga Gogorza. Participants included tour guides, tourism information officers, receptive tourism agencies, students from the "Intendente Gerardo Yoya" Secondary School No. 9, and the Tourism Degree program at FCAD-UNER.
This is the first training session of the year 2025, which promotes one of the pillars of the administration: "promoting the culture of tourism quality in the destination." The session allowed for the exchange of experiences and knowledge, strengthening the commitment to a destination prepared to offer a unique experience to those who visit us.
