The Municipality of Concordia, through the Directorate of Citizen Participation and the Participatory Budget Coordination, carried out the delivery of sanitary items to the Club Unión de Villa Jardín, with the aim of strengthening the institution's infrastructure and supporting its growth.
It should be noted that the request for these items arose from an initiative by residents and members of the institution, supported by the board of directors, within the framework of citizen participation tools.
The delivery took place on Friday morning at the club's premises, where the Coordinator of Citizen Participation, Sebastián Reinafe, was present along with the area's technical team. Representing the institution, the items were received by the president of Club Unión de Villa Jardín, Nildo Cuello, accompanied by Alberto Aquino, a member of the Board of Directors.
The items delivered include toilets with their respective cisterns, sewer pipes, and a water tank, intended to advance the completion of works related to the construction of the new changing room for referees and restrooms for visiting spectators.
The president of Club Unión de Villa Jardín, Nildo Cuello, expressed his gratitude and highlighted the importance of this contribution: “For us, it is fundamental help, because it allows us to advance in very necessary works for the club. We are working to provide better conditions for both our players and the public, and this type of support is key to achieving it.”
